Galerie Gardy Wiechern

 Hamburg, Germany

The Galery Gardy Wiechern was founded by Gardy Wiechern in Hamburg in 1989 and soon became one of the leading galleries for contemporary abstract art, showing both the work of well known artists and focussing on the discovery of young new artists in the process of establishing themselves. In 2005 the gallery opened a dependance, the G2 Galerie Gardy Wiechern Dependance Annette Vonberg, both giving room to a bigger variety of young artists and related activities such as lectures, concerts and literature evenings.
